The man who allegedly assaulted a Secret Service officer on Saturday reportedly screamed, “Where is the president?” at officers during an immigration rally outside of the White House, according to federal court records.
Carmona, as he is referred to in court records, is accused of illegally parking his BMW along Pennsylvania Avenue on Saturday, moving a bike rack that was being used as a barrier, and questioning officers about the whereabouts of President Trump, the investigative team for News 4, an NBC-affiliate, found in a Secret Service affidavit.

The man punched an officer in the jaw and left eye area after moving the security barrier between protesters and Secret Service officers, according to the affidavit. Officers then secured him in leg shackles because he was kicking at the officers.
“Carmona was placed under arrest for assaulting a federal law enforcement officer. While being placed under arrest, Carmona asked ‘Where is the President?’ He also stated to officers ‘Just end it, just kill me,'” the affidavit says.
A Secret Service officer has possibly suffered a concussion and incurred a knee injury due to the run in with Carmona.
On Thursday morning, Carmona must undergo a forensic exam by order of a D.C. Superior Court judge, who also ordered him to stay away from an “Officer Young” — who was not identified further in the News 4 report — the White House grounds, and other streets in Northwest D.C.
